The "Topless
Sandal" by "That's Cool Inc."
These fun shoes have
been around for many years and yet still so many people have not heard
of this unusual footwear. The sandals are made of four separate layers
of rubber. The upper layer (the one against your foot) is penetrated
with a water-washable adhesive that adheres to your skin.
No tan lines or
burning feet,
there is nothing between your toes or
the upper part of your foot. It's like going barefoot, except the
bottoms of your feet are protected. You can
allow blisters on the top of your feet to heal! They are reusable. Enjoy
the benefits of being barefoot without the discomfort.
Excellent for
RVer's, on boats and boat docks, after pedicures, around the house and
yard, beach, pool, nail salons, they can also allow for healing if you
are experiencing corns, bunions, and burns on your feet. They are
also perfect for people that like to go barefoot, but have tender feet
or for ladies that want to show off their foot jewelry or recent
pedicure!
To use,
remove the protective cover, step down on them heel first and walk on.
Please make sure you have your foot centered correctly on the sandal
when first placing them on because if you take your foot off, it will
not stick well and may require you to wash the sandal to reactivate the
glue.
To remove, take hold of heel and peel off. If you have difficulty
removing, or if it is painful, get them wet before removing.
NOT FOR
USE IN PEOPLE WITH SENSITIVE FEET!!!

Your foot
must be clean and dry and the sandal must be clean and dry. All that is
required is that you wash them after use to remove the oil that will
accumulate from your skin and the dust from the floor or ground. On some
people, they can be used several times before washing; when the
stickiness does not seem to hold them on well, it is time to reactivate
the glue. Wash
under the faucet with Ivory dish detergent or a mild soap and use a firm
bristle brush; rinse, allow to dry
and they're ready to wear again. Remember: washing sandals and allowing
them to dry reactivates the adhesive. When I am in a hurry to wear my
topless sandals, I use a blow dryer on hot setting after I have washed
them.
Avoid using dishwasher
detergents or
Comet® soaps or soaps with
moisturizers because they could lose their adhesive qualities. Also
avoid metal or hard plastic scouring brushes and do not scrub too
vigorously. Scrubbing for around 15 seconds should be sufficient.
If you think it may rain on a day
that you are wearing them, take an extra pair of shoes in your vehicle.
They may come off if they get really wet.
