The DVD  was very helpful to me when using a baby sling for the first time. If you know someone that is a pro at baby wearing, then assistance from them will be most beneficial. When I first used my Baby Sling I didn't have anyone to help me, so I placed the tape in the VCR and got in front of a large mirror and watched the demonstration of the different positions on video and practiced with my nursing baby. It seemed like it did take me a half a day to get the hang of it, but I was determined to not give up because I had seen the happiest babies in the world being carried close to their moms in baby slings! After I mastered using the sling that first day, it would only take me seconds to get my baby positioned and I was ready to go!

Warranty

Contact the manufacturer directly for defective products. Breastpumps are covered by the manufacturers warranty and they will vary according to which product is purchased. Any defective products also need to be reported to us!
