VIA works well for storing breastmilk in the refrigerator. If breastmilk is going to be used within one week, it is best to store in the refrigerator verses the freezer. Even though you can use these in the freezer, it can take a while to thaw because of the decreased surface area.

These are great for many other things! Perfect for finger foods for your toddler or storing ketchup for use on the road when visiting the fast food chains....a lid to cover to prevent spills in the vehicle!  They can be used to store small amounts of left over food or chopped onions to keep odors from getting in your fridge.
